Terms Of Service
Last Updated:
These terms explain the rules and responsibilities that apply when you use foxperiment's website and virtual-audience research service.
foxperiment is operated by Enes Demirağ as a sole proprietor.
Using The Service
By using foxperiment, you agree to these terms. If you use it for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act for that organization. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement.
Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
What foxperiment Provides
foxperiment helps you explore ideas with generated virtual audiences. You can describe an audience or import profiles from CSV, prepare text, images or both for A/B comparisons, concept reviews, ratings or open questions, inspect saved reports and continue participant conversations. Image evaluation must be available before an image simulation can start; uploading material does not guarantee a completed evaluation.
Virtual participants and their answers are synthetic. They are not real respondents, exact copies of individuals or evidence of observed behavior. Preference share is not click-through rate, causal uplift, market demand or a calibrated probability. Results may be inaccurate, incomplete, inconsistent or biased. Validate important decisions with appropriate real-world evidence.
You are responsible for assessing outputs and how you use them. Do not use synthetic results as the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, employment or other decisions that materially affect a person's rights or wellbeing. Do not present generated quotes as statements from real people.
Accounts And Shared Workspaces
Keep your account secure and provide accurate account information. You are responsible for activity you authorize through your account. Contact us if you suspect unauthorized access.
Workspace administrators control membership. Authorized members share access to research and follow-up conversations and can change or delete content within their permissions. Only invite people you are authorized to include. Leaving a workspace does not remove its shared research.
Your Content And Permissions
You retain your rights in the content you submit. You grant us the permission needed to host, store, copy, process and transmit that content to operate the features you request, including sharing it with authorized workspace members and relevant service providers.
You must have the rights and lawful authority to submit research materials and personal information. Obtain any necessary permissions before importing customer profiles. Remove unnecessary identifying details and do not submit sensitive personal information, credentials, payment-card details or information about children.
AI-generated outputs may resemble outputs supplied to others. We do not guarantee their uniqueness, accuracy, legal protection or freedom from third-party rights. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before publishing or using them.
Acceptable Use
You must not use foxperiment to:
- Break the law, infringe intellectual property, violate privacy or submit content you have no right to use.
- Impersonate real people, fabricate testimonials or misrepresent synthetic research as measured customer behavior.
- Distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, bypass access controls or interfere with the service.
- Evade usage limits, misuse other users' accounts or create abusive automated traffic.
Availability And Changes
The service depends on external authentication, hosting and AI services. Features, capacity and availability may change, and requests may fail or return partial results. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or a particular research outcome. Keep your own copies of important source materials and results.
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks, legal requirements or violations of these terms. You may stop using foxperiment at any time and contact us to request account deletion. Research deletion and retention are described in the Privacy Policy.
Our Service And Brand
The foxperiment software, website design, logo and other service materials belong to their respective owners. These terms give you permission to use the service, but do not transfer ownership of those materials or grant rights to use our branding in a misleading way.
Disclaimers And Responsibility
To the extent permitted by applicable law, foxperiment is provided as available, without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. We are not responsible for business decisions made solely on synthetic outputs or for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service, to the extent such exclusions are lawful.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer rights or other protections under applicable law.
Changes And Questions
We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version. Where required, we will give additional notice of material changes. Questions or disputes can be raised using the contact details below.
