How foxperiment collects, uses and shares information when you visit our website or use our virtual-audience research service.
foxperiment is operated by Enes Demirağ as a sole proprietor.
Who Is Responsible For Your Data
Enes Demirağ is responsible for the personal information processed to operate foxperiment at foxperiment.com and app.foxperiment.com, including account administration, security and support. You can reach us using the contact details below.
If an organization invites you to a workspace or supplies information about you, that organization is responsible for its decision to submit and share that information. Contact its workspace administrator as well as us about requests concerning that content.
Information We Collect
- Account information. Your email address, display name, account identifier and authentication status. If you use Google or another supported sign-in provider, Firebase Authentication receives the profile information permitted by that sign-in method, which may include your profile picture.
- Workspace information. Workspace and project names and logos, uploaded account photos, membership roles, invitation email addresses and records of actions needed to manage access.
- Research content. Audience descriptions, imported CSV profile fields, manually entered profiles, questions, comparison text, uploaded image materials and follow-up messages. We also store generated participants, responses, reports and conversation history.
- Technical and support information. Request timestamps, usage and error information, and information you send when contacting us. Hosting and authentication services may process IP addresses, browser information and security logs.
Google sign-in is used to authenticate your account. We do not request access to your Gmail messages, Google Drive files or Google contacts. Signing in with Google does not itself send your account profile to the AI services used for research.
How We Use Information
We use information to sign you in, manage workspace access, process the research you request, preserve saved results and conversations, respond to support requests, prevent abuse and meet applicable legal obligations.
Where applicable data protection law requires a legal basis, we rely on providing the service you request, legitimate interests in operating and securing the service, legal obligations, or consent where it is required. We do not sell personal information or use Google account information for advertising.
Who Receives Information
- Your workspace. Authorized members can access the workspace's research, including profiles, reports and participant conversations. Administrators manage membership. Follow-up conversations are shared workspace content.
- Authentication and hosting services. We use Google Firebase for authentication and private image storage, and Render for application hosting and service databases. These services process information needed to perform those functions.
- AI services. When you generate an audience, start a simulation or ask a follow-up question, relevant research content is sent through OpenRouter to the AI providers serving those requests. This can include audience descriptions, supplied profiles, test text, selected image materials, generated responses and relevant conversation history. AI providers' retention and training practices depend on their policies and applicable service settings; we do not promise zero retention across every provider.
- Legal and security recipients. We may disclose information where required by law or reasonably necessary to investigate abuse, protect people or defend legal rights.
These services may process information outside your country. Their own policies also describe their processing: Firebase Privacy And Security, Render Privacy Policy and OpenRouter Provider Data Policies.
Cookies And Browser Storage
The landing website does not include advertising or analytics trackers. The dashboard uses browser storage for sign-in persistence and may store a sidebar preference cookie. These support authentication and interface functionality. Blocking or clearing browser storage may sign you out or reset preferences.
Retention And Deletion
We retain account and research information as needed to provide saved work, maintain the service, resolve disputes and meet legal obligations. You can delete research using the controls available to your workspace role; administrators can delete a workspace. Cleanup of active work may finish after the resource is removed from view.
Simulations keep a frozen copy of their starting profiles and inputs. Editing or deleting a source participant does not erase that copy. Selected images are retained with saved simulations until those simulations are deleted. Removing an image from one draft does not erase material retained by another simulation. Leaving a workspace or disconnecting Google access does not delete shared research or your foxperiment account. For account deletion or a personal-data request, contact us. Some records may need to be retained for legal or security reasons, and backups or service-provider copies may follow separate retention schedules.
Your Choices And Rights
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, obtain a copy of or delete your personal information, object to or restrict processing, withdraw consent where processing relies on it, and complain to a competent data protection authority. Contact us to make a request; we may need to verify your identity and your authority over shared workspace content.
You can also remove foxperiment's access from your Google Account's third-party connections settings. To stop using the service, sign out and request account deletion separately.
Protecting Your Information
We use authenticated access and workspace permissions to restrict access to research. No internet service can guarantee absolute security. Submit only information you are authorized to share, and remove unnecessary personal details from profiles and CSV imports. Do not submit passwords, payment-card details, government identifiers, sensitive personal information or information about children.
foxperiment is intended for adults and is not directed to children under 18. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and address it.
Changes To This Policy
We may update this policy as the service or our practices change. The date above identifies the latest version. Where required, we will provide additional notice of material changes. See our Terms Of Service for the rules that apply to using foxperiment.
